Ms. Davis was employed by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) from 1985 through 1992, where she held positions in the Bureau of Land, RCRA Compliance and Permits Section and the Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Section. At the end of her tenure at the IEPA, Ms. Davis held the position of Unit Manager in the LUST Section where she was responsible for the internal review and authorization of LUST site remediation, and reimbursement of associated costs from the Illinois LUST fund.
Ms. Davis is a licensed Professional Geologist in the states of Illinois and Missouri.
Duties:
Ms. Davis is responsible for the development of engineering / consulting services; supervision of project bidding phase activities and contract administration; oversight of environmental restoration and environmental management projects, including permitting and regulatory compliance assurance.

Experience:
Mr. Truesdale was employed by Moss, Johnson and Associates, Ltd. from 1993 through 1998; where he held positions as survey party crew chief and staff engineer. While employed by Moss, Johnson and Associates, Mr. Truesdale was responsible for data acquisition and analysis oversight, computer-aided design and drafting oversight, hydraulics and hydrology for stormwater management (including detention pond design), sanitary sewer system design and evaluation (including pump stations and forced mains), and residential / commercial development planning.
Mr. Truesdale is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Illinois, Missouri and Iowa; a licensed Professional Geologist in the states of Illinois and Missouri and a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Illinois.
Duties:
Mr. Truesdale currently serves as the Managing Agent of CSD and Vice-President of Heartland Drilling & Remediation, Inc. (HDR). Mr. Truesdale specializes in the analysis of environmental systems, design of both in-situ and ex-situ remediation and/or risk mamagement strategies for contaminated materials (soils, sediments and water) and has substantial experience in residential, commercial and industrial development planning and design. He is the lead professional on CSD’s team of research and development experts, responsible for the exploration and development of new technologies for investigation, analysis, evaluation, risk assessment and remediation of contaminated soils, sediments and water. In addition, Mr. Truesdale is responsible for the general technical direction, design, oversight and management of a variety of environmental management and land development projects. The scope of these responsibilities includes feasibility evaluation and technology selection, technical and fiscal project oversight, client/regulatory agency liaison services, permitting and regulatory compliance assurance.
Shane A. Thorpe - Senior Project Manager

Mr. Thorpe has worked in the environmental consulting industry since 1995.
Duties:
As a senior project manger, Mr. Thorpe is responsible for general project management including regulatory compliance assurance, technical and fiscal project oversight, permitting, risk assessments, client/regulatory agency liaison services and also services as the company’s Health & Safety Officer. In addition, Mr. Thorpe performs administrative tasks related to business development and staff management.
